10 minute meditation

A great stress relief focusing on the breath.

If you're feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed then your body is amped up and full of fight or flight hormones. Meditation is simply about slowing down your system to restore the balance. This is a great place to start. If you slow the breath down you slow your system back down. Try to do this everyday. It's 10 mins well spent.
